Coach Bahler is now in his third season at Ridge, and comes from the great state of Ohio where he graduated from Sycamore High School in Cincinnati as an All-Region midfielder.  In college, he was a starting midfielder for the NCLL Div. II National Runner-Up Cincinnati Bearcats, and then transferred to Northern Illinois University to receive his Bachelor of Science in History where he was voted the Most Valuable Offensive Player by his teammates on NIU’s NCLL Div. II team.  His coaching experience spans over 10 years as a u-9 coach all the way up to a varsity head coach in Cincinnati and in Illinois.  In Illinois, Coach Bahler was voted as a two-time Upstate 8 Coach of the Year by the coaches in the conference (2015, 2016) and nominated for the Illinois Coach of the Year in 2016.  In his six years as a coach at Geneva High School, Coach Bahler helped lead the Geneva Vikings to two Div. II semi-finals appearances (2011, 2015) and a State Championship (2016).
